WASHINGTON – Kia Motors is recalling about 35,000 Soul and Sorento vehicles to fix wiring in the interior lighting panels that could lead to fires.
Thursday
The Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with Sharp Electronics Corp. of Mahwah, N.J., have announced the recall of about 9,000 LCD-TVs because their stand may tip over.
Tuesday
The recall covers vehicles in the model years 1998 to 2003 sold or registered in states where the heavy use of road salt can cause more corrosion. That includes Indiana and Ohio.
