Dog show set for this weekend

Announcement issued Thursday by the National Military History Center:

Auburn goes to the dogs this weekend with the Logansport Kennel Club Dog Show being held at the National Military History Center, 5634 County Road 11A, Auburn, IN. The show begins Saturday and Sunday (March 10th and 11th) at 9:00 am with group competition beginning at 2:00 pm, followed by Best in Show. Approximately 900 dogs will participate in the judging.

The dog show is free to the public and the National Military History Center and Kruse Automotive and Carriage Museums will open with reduced admission of $5.00 per person to view the galleries.

The kennel club will also be hosting a bake sale with proceeds going to benefit Courtney VanDerbosch of Garrett, who was injured in an automobile accident on February 4th.
