Hummel update

Purdue men's basketball coach Matt Painter provided an update on Robbie Hummel during a teleconference Monday. Hummel did not play at the end of the loss at Xavier because of cramps.

"He'll be fine. He had cramps and full-body cramps," Painter said. "After watching the tape and watching his body language, as a coach, you're watching so many things that something can be right in front of you and you don't really see it, but he shouldn't have been in there in the last three or four minutes. He's going to say he could go, but he obviously could not go. After watching the tape and watching him, it was clear to be able to see that."
