The following people were recently booked into the Allen County Lockup on felony charges – either on preliminary charges after arrest or after being transported from another facility – or were formally charged with a felony in Allen County. Misdemeanor charges are also listed if the person is charged with a felony.
Avery Ganaway, 43, of the 4500 block of Weisser Park Avenue, was charged Wednesday with being a habitual traffic violator. He was being held without bail.
Kenyatta Holley, 27, of the 4400 block of Queen Street, was booked at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of criminal recklessness. She was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Clemencia Mendoza, 23, of the 2800 block of Fruehauf Drive, was booked at 11:10 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of theft. He was released on his own recognizance.
Vernon Wilson, 33, of the 7200 block of Hessen Cassel Road, was booked at 10 a.m. Thursday on a charge of operating a vehicle after having been given a lifetime suspension. He was released on his own recognizance.
Gary Dutcher, 46, of the 700 block of Third Street, was booked at 10:35 a.m. Thursday on charges of being a habitual traffic violator and possession of marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance.
Ryan Gillespie, 21, of the 100 block of Leith Street, was booked at 10:45 a.m. Thursday on a charge of carrying a handgun without a license. He was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Mary Brock, 34, of the 200 block of West Hawthorne Street, was booked at 11:01 a.m. Thursday on charges of resisting law enforcement, carrying a handgun without a license and possession of marijuana. She was being held in lieu of $4,000 bail.
Bryan Stalker, 35, of the 2200 block of Henrietta Street, was booked at 11:17 a.m. Thursday on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
Fate Stewart, 54, of the 2400 block of Trentman Avenue, was booked at 12:13 p.m. Thursday on charges of being a habitual traffic violator and possession of marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance.
Danny Rutledge, 47, of the 3300 block of Vesey Avenue, was charged Thursday with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
Sterling Mitchell, 32, of the 5200 block of Werling Drive, was charged Thursday with resisting law enforcement, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of paraphernalia. He was released on his own recognizance.
Laron Gillard, 34, of the 500 block of Wallen Hills Drive, was charged Thursday with two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
Stacy Jones, 39, of the 2300 block of Eby Avenue, was charged Thursday with possession of cocaine. He was being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Willie Alsanders, 51, of the 5800 block of Turtle Creek Drive, he was charged Thursday with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
Simon Mathers, 22, of the 800 block of Jackson Street, was booked at 4:14 p.m. Thursday on charges of criminal recklessness and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was released on $18,250 bond.
Hollee Garland, 48, of the 1300 block of Ralph Avenue, was booked at 11:23 a.m. Friday on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Bennett Kline, 19, of the 7600 block of Aboite Center Road, was booked at 11:36 a.m. Friday on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement, failing to stop after an accident and being a minor in possession of alcohol. He was being held in lieu of $7,500 bail.
Jesus Hernandez, 73, of the 800 block of Tennessee Avenue, was booked at 11:51 a.m. Friday on two counts of child molesting. He was being held in lieu of $35,000 bail.
Paul Turnbull, 20, of the 9500 block of Newburgh Place, was booked at 1:01 p.m. Friday on three counts of child molesting. He was being held without bail.
